JOB DUTIES:
Collaborate with key business and technical stakeholders to design, develop and maintain Salesforce applications that support the business requirements. Lead Salesforce implementations, providing both oversight and hands-on contributions to the software design, development, and integration. Design and develop custom applications and integrations, using the configuration capabilities inherent in Salesforce and supplemented with supported technologies such as Lightning, Apex and Visual Force, as needed, to meet the desired outcome. Implement and integrate third-party products/apps with SFDC and customize as needed, using standard configuration techniques and advanced development tools. Leveraging existing framework for connections of websites with Salesforce and linking files hosted in Salesforce’s document management module for download from the website. Creating a link between a customer’s website account and their Lead or Contact record in Salesforce, pushing or pulling updates between systems to ensure consistency. Design and implement a work order module within SFDC which integrates the sales/mail inquiries coming to our website with Salesforce. Create custom Record Search Functionality in Salesforce Lightning Web Component. Build CTI adapters within SFDC to integrate with Desktop application like Dialpad and Zendesk for customer support team to be able to directly communicate with the customers. Develop and manage the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution. Work under supervision. Travel And/or Relocation to unanticipated client sites is required.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/Information Systems/ Business/ Engineering (Any) or closely related field with 6 (Six) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant or Analyst or Developer or Programmer or very closely related area.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Experience of Six (6) months working with Salesforce, Visualforce and Apex is required. Travel And/or Relocation to Unanticipated Client Sites Throughout USA is required.
