POSITION: Workday Consultant

JOB DUTIES:
Identify the client business process and gaps and design functional and technical specifications to provide customized HR based software solutions to fulfill the customer requirements and implement the WORKDAY HR system. Troubleshooting Business process errors in all HCM modules including One-time payment, change job, Onboarding, Hire, Termination as well as helping in setup new deductions for Open Enrollment. Create technical and functional design documents for Workday HR system. Review existing HR software systems, including ensuring forward compatibility of existing systems. Configure EIB, build custom reports, calculated fields, and configured studio integrations using Workday-delivered web services. Work under supervision. Travel And/or Relocation to unanticipated client sites is required.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/Information Systems/ Business or closely related field with 6 (Six) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant or Analyst or Developer or Programmer or very closely related area.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Experience of six (6) months with WORKDAY HCM is required. Travel And/or Relocation to Unanticipated Client Sites Throughout USA is required.
